How do I track my parcel?
Enter the number you received by SMS in the tracking field. You do not need an account or an app. If you do not have the number, ask your sender.
Who is the mobile app for?
Mex.mk Klient is for MEX Posta clients. Use your MEX account to create shipments, track deliveries and review COD payments. The app supports Macedonian, Albanian and English.
How do I become a client?
Complete the online application for a business account. After your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email link to set your password.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver throughout Macedonia. The stated delivery window is 24–48 hours. For a specific parcel, check its tracking status or contact us.
How do I get a quote for my business?
